Baccarat in General:
The object of Baccarat is to guess which hand will get a Point value closest to 9. Guess is the correct term, as Baccarat is a game of chance. While making your guess, be aware that all face cards and ten-value cards count as zero, aces count as one and all the other cards keep their values.
How to Play Baccarat
To being play, the player places his/her bet on either the banker's hand, the player's hand, or on a tie. After the bet, an online baccarat player clicks the DEAL button and the hands are automatically and randomly dealt two-card hands. A third card may be dealt to the player and/or the banker.
Once the initial Baccarat hand is dealt, the player makes his/her bet by predicting which hand will come closest to a value of nine, or if there will be a tie. If the hand results in a tie, the bet is returned. All winning bets for the banker or the player pay even money. However, if you win by betting on the banker, the bank receives 5% commission. If you correctly bet on a tie, your payoff is 8-to -1.
Although a bet on a tie has the best payoff, players are well advised not to, as the odds of there being a tie are extremely low. Betting on the Banker is the wisest bet, since it has a slightly higher payback than a bet on the player.

Online Baccarat is every bit as popular and fun as baccarat is in a land casino is, but online casinos give new players sign-up bonuses as incentives to try their casinos out.
Baccarat is played with one deck of 52 cards. The objective of the Baccarat is to correctly guess whose hand, either the Banker's or the Player's, will be closest to the value of nine. The player bets on the banker's hand, the player's hand, or on a tie between the two.
The value of each hand is determined by sum of the values of its individual cards. Tens and face cards count as zero, aces count as one, and all the other cards count as their own value. Two cards are dealt to the player and to the banker: If either hand has a value of 8 or 9, it is determined to be neutral, and it must be exposed until the end of the game.
Player's hand rules: If the player's first two cards total 6 or more, then the player cannot draw a card. If the player's first two cards total 5 or less, then the player will draw one more card.
Banker's hand rules: If the banker's first two cards total 7 or more, the banker stands. If the banker's cards total 0 - 2, the bank will draw one more card. If the banker's cards total 3 - 6 , banker draws or not, depending upon the value of the player's first two cards.
Baccarat is one of the easiest casino games to learn, and is the simplest to play.
Played in a what is called the Baccarat Pit, there isn't a lot of strategy involved when playing Baccarat, because Baccarat is a game of pure chance. Baccarat requires no skill on the player's part.
Of all casino games, Baccarat gives players the best odds. The House Edge is only 1.2% for Player hands and 1.1% for Banker hands.
Baccarat Strategy involves nothing more than managing your bankroll. Prepared players always enter the casino knowing how much money they are willing to gamble, and stick to that amount. As with other caisno games, knowing when to quit is what separates the smart gamblers from the rest. If lady luck isn't smiling on you, leave.
