Tens or Better Video Poker is played exactly the same as Jacks or Better, except all pairs value 10 or higher, rather than Jacks or higher, win.

The basic strategy, then, is to keep any pairs no matter what the value. If there are no pairs dealt, hold on to any card valued 10 or higher - keeping a maximum of 2 cards.
